I love listening to audiobooks or music when running. I also find that listening with a timer is a great way to get to sleep. My partner may not want to hear the same book, so headphones are necessary when drifting to sleepland. But the "buds" that go in your ear are uncomfortable if you lie on your ear. These "open ear" phones sit on top, so worst case. you push them slightly askew, but you don't get them jammed into your eardrum. Because of this, these will be my "go-to" for both activities. Good sound quality, and very comfortbale. Glad to get the chance to try them out.
